SUMMARY:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong IAM, PAM, or Cybersecurity experience to support a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion program.
- This role will focus on understanding current privileged-access processes, identifying gaps, assessing PAM onboarding readiness, and developing an implementation-ready roadmap and Statement of Work (SoW).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct discovery and assessment of privileged accounts and access processes.
• Map current-state IAM/PAM processes, workflows, and controls.
• Assess applications and accounts for PAM onboarding feasibility and readiness.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops with Security, Infrastructure, DBA, SOC, and Audit teams.
• Identify process, technology, and cybersecurity control gaps.
• Support assessment of CyberArk PSM readiness.
• Document findings, requirements, process flows, and recommendations.
• Develop a PAM implementation roadmap based on discovery findings.
• Support development of an implementation-ready Statement of Work (SoW).
• Track requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including:
• Security
• Infrastructure
• Database Administrators (DBAs)
• SOC
• Audit
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business and implementation requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM/PAM processes and controls.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, or process engineering methodologies.
• Previous experience supporting cybersecurity or technology consulting engagements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- The ideal candidate combines strong Business Analysis skills with practical IAM/PAM/Cybersecurity knowledge and experience supporting privileged-access discovery or implementation initiatives.
- You should be comfortable conducting workshops, documenting complex processes, identifying gaps, and translating business findings into actionable technical and implementation requirements.
