These driven and talented individuals are the reason for our success and by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining the most talented people we can continue to build and cultivate our foundation.If you are a talented, dedicated, and a hardworking individual who sees a reflection of yourself in our Core Values, we invite you to come take a look at Core Health & Fitness; what can we build together?We are currently seeking a Material Handler I to join our growing organization.QualificationsGeneral Position SummaryThe Material Handler is responsible for day-to-day material handling operations, which includes loading, unloading and handling material within the facility to support production line.Essential Functions / Major ResponsibilitiesUnload truck, carts, bins, and racksMaintain the departments average orders per hourPulling/ packing/shippingRead and interpret pick ticketWorking knowledge of parts area layout/rackingAudit and replenish line stock bin locations, reviewing twice daily at pre-determined timesAssist in daily cycle countsProactive notification of upcoming inventory shortagesMaintain clean and neat area of responsibilitySpecific Job RequirementsProven competency with RF GunAbove average attendance recordExcellent written and oral communication skillsUnderstand FIFO practicesFamiliar with inventory practicesAbility to handle multiple tasks and follow directions with urgencyAbility to withstand exposure to hot and cold temperaturesAbility to load and unload heavy equipment on and off trucksKnowledge of safety in a warehouse environmentAble to work overtime as neededSafety is everyones responsibility.
