Senior Collections Strategist for High-Value Accounts

Segment is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a complex portfolio, drive targeted collection strategies, and minimize bad debt. You will oversee high-value accounts, evaluate payment trends, and lead resolution of escalated issues. The role emphasizes collaboration with Billing, Operations, and leadership, documentation, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
