In this role, you are the first and lasting impression for patients, helping ensure every visit is smooth, welcoming, and efficient.

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage balances
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Communicate clearly about wait times and billing
• Keep the front office organized and patient-focused

• 1+ year of front office or patient registration experience (healthcare preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
