What You'll Do
- Provide patient care in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units under supervision
- Assist with ventilator management and airway therapies
- Monitor and document patient status and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
- Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid CRT licensure
- Prior experience in critical care settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and patient care skills
