Senior IT Engineer

Owning and scaling technology systems in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Corporate IT Engineer will manage endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, and automation while ensuring security and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Oversee endpoint management for Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies, software deployment, and compliance Administer identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, focusing on SSO, roles, permissions, and access policies Automate IT workflows and serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues across various systems and security tooling Required qualifications Proven experience in owning corporate IT systems and leading cross-functional technology initiatives Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS environments in a cloud-first organization Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell in Windows environments Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across devices, identity systems, and security tooling independently
