• Experience: Preferred 5+ years in cardiology, experienced in outpatient, inpatient, stress testing & nuclear imaging

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient cardiology care for approximately 3 days each week, managing a diverse patient base
• Supervise and interpret stress tests, including nuclear stress tests (reading NUCs preferred but not required)
• Manage inpatient consults and participate in stress lab procedures
• Support hospital consults, performing ad hoc responsibilities at two local facilities
• Assist with on-call duties, as needed, from 4 PM to 8 AM
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality cardiac care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Required:
  • NY medical license in good standing
  • Board Certified in Cardiology
  • AHA or RQI certification
  • Epic EMR experience
  • Up-to-date work history with no gaps over 30 days
• Preferred:
  • 5+ years of cardiology experience
  • Experience reading nuclear stress tests (not mandatory)

About the Assignment
This position involves working at a leading facility in upstate New York, focusing on outpatient management, diagnostic supervision, and inpatient consults. The provider will be the sole cardiologist in outpatient and stress test supervision, with the flexibility to support hospital services as needed. The role emphasizes quality patient outcomes with a collaborative team environment.
