Are you an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator with ADP Workforce Now experience, looking for a company that will invest heavily in developing you rather than leaving you to pick things up as you go?

On offer is a genuinely mapped career: extensive training across every area of the function, the aim of having you operating as a full HR Generalist within twelve months, and a route through to a management position from there. Once you are established, you will move onto a hybrid pattern of three days on site and two
from home.

This company operates at the leading edge of advanced semiconductor technology, supplying materials into wireless, photonics, aerospace and defense programs worldwide. They run multiple sites internationally, and developing their people is written into how they operate rather than being something they talk about - you will be trained , given real responsibility early, and promoted as you earn it.

In the role you will handle day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, employee records, documentation and first-line queries from the site. You will work within ADP Workforce Now day to day, and act as the backup for both payroll and benefits, which means you will be trained properly on each rather than simply covering. As your first year progresses you will be brought into the wider generalist remit, taking on more of the function as your knowledge builds.

This role would suit an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Assistant with ADP Workforce Now experience, looking for serious training, a defined step up to Generalist and a long-term route into management.

The Role:

• Day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, working within ADP Workforce Now
• Acting as backup for payroll and benefits, with full training provided on both
• Extensive training with the aim of operating as a full HR Generalist within twelve months, and a route into management from there
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, moving to hybrid working (three days on site, two remote) after six months

The Candidate:

• HR coordination or administration background
• Hands-on experience of ADP Workforce Now - essential
• Exposure to payroll and benefits administration
• Looking to be developed into a generalist and progress into management long term
