Two full-time positions are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC). Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in Washington
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across elementary through high school levels
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other service providers to support student success
• Engage proactively with families to share progress and strategies for continued growth at home
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
