Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid SLP - CCC credential
• Experience working in school-based environments, particularly at the high school level
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, intervention, and therapy techniques for adolescents
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to high school students in accordance with IEP goals
• Administer assessments, analyze findings, and develop targeted treatment plans
• Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide support, guidance, and resources for educators and families
• Advocate for students’ diverse needs and promote inclusion in the school community
• Maintain professional standards and ongoing communication with school staff
