Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, maintaining an ethical and compassionate approach.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized therapy experience.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are responsive to the evolving needs of your clients.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, thoughts, and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adult clients who present a variety of mental health concerns. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals towards achieving enhanced life satisfaction and improved coping methods. By focusing on prevention and early intervention, we aim to empower our clients to understand and manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses to practice without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses permitted; candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their records.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature essential for providing empathetic care.

• Strong computer skills for navigating our integrated therapy platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient settings and with individual therapy is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines and treatment modalities enhances candidate profiles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with the number of hours worked and experience level. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to welcome new members to our team. Full-time therapists also receive a monthly healthcare stipend and access to direct deposit for weekly payments, providing financial ease and security.
