Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and resourceful work environment. The successful candidate will manage personal lines accounts, build strong relationships within the community, and drive referrals to expand presence in the Mobile area. If you are outgoing, community-oriented, and have a proven track record in personal lines account management, we encourage you to apply. Compensation Package Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (negotiable based on experience and book of business) Commission: 30% on every $20,000 in new business Responsibilities Manage and service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mortgage companies, and real estate professionals in the Mobile area. Actively engage in community events to drive referrals and generate new business opportunities. Bring in new referrals on a monthly basis to support the agency's growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless account management. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager. Preferred: Candidates with an existing book of business that can be transitioned. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred. Soft Skills: Outgoing and personable demeanor. Strong community involvement and networking abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
