Accounting Manager

Fit Recruiting is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a growing company in Fairhope, Alabama. This role involves hands-on support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit approval, collections, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. The position works closely with the CFO and also provides assistance with HR and payroll functions. Salary ranges from $70K to $75K, depending on experience, along with company perks, benefits, and opportunities for growth. What You’ll Do Manage all Accounts Payable functions and vendor relationships Record and reconcile customer receipts Review and approve customer credit applications and set limits Oversee the collections process and follow up on outstanding balances Assist the CFO with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance Support financial reporting and provide monthly insights Assist with HR functions including payroll, benefits, and compliance Perform additional duties as needed to support the accounting function What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience preferred Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and discretion with confidential information If you’re a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys variety in your work and partnering cross-functionally, we’d love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fit Recruiting
