You’ll work directly with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, and decision-makers to provide customized maintenance solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce long-term operating costs. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building Generate new preventative maintenance agreement opportunities Meet with customers to evaluate HVAC equipment and service needs Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC preventative maintenance agreements Develop quotes for commercial HVAC repair and service projects Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, engineers, and business owners Identify opportunities for additional repair, retrofit, and capital improvement projects Present proposals and negotiate service agreements Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet customers and prospects Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who enjoys winning business and creating opportunities—not waiting for them. The ideal candidate has a true hunter mentality, is self‑motivated, and enjoys building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
