Management Analyst

Overview Role: Management Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s engineering domains in cost, schedule, and performance. This role applies data analytics, operations research, and financial/cost analysis to drive complex analyses, develop recommendations, and support acquisition and program decisions across NAVWAR and PEO C4I programs. The position includes preparing and delivering high-visibility briefs, reports, and executive summaries for senior Navy and DoD stakeholders, collaborating across engineering, cybersecurity, and acquisition teams, and leading working groups and stakeholder meetings in compliance with DoD, DON, and NAVWAR acquisition policies. The ideal candidate will engage with senior Military Executives, Flag Officers, and General Officers and understand cybersecurity concepts and their impact on acquisition, program execution, and mission success. Quick Position Facts Location: San Diego, CA at our G2 Ops office and customer site Work Setting: In person, some remote opportunity, and/or flexible working hours, not a fully remote position Years of Relevant Experience: 5+ Salary Range: $110,000-$145,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD TS/SCI clearance What does this mean to you? Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position starts at $110,000 and goes up to $145,000 , based on qualifications. Remote Work & On-Site Requirements Remote: We offer a flexible schedule but cannot offer fully remote opportunities due to project classification. You will have a desk at the G2 Ops office and may work at a government site with prior approval. DoD-supporting roles require in-person presence as needed. Security & Compliance Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is preferred. The ideal candidate would already possess an active clearance.
