Senior Director, Transactions Tax & Strategy

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director of Transactions Tax to lead tax due diligence, analysis, and planning for complex buy-side and sell-side transactions. The role partners with private equity and corporate clients, providing expert guidance on Subchapter C, K, and S structures and post-closing opportunities.
