- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors entering the facility
- Welcome visitors, issue visitor badges and parking passes, and follow established security procedures
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Sort, process, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support office print operations, including printers, copiers, and related equipment
- Receive, log, and distribute shipments while maintaining accurate records
- Deliver mail, packages, and office materials throughout the facility as needed
- Coordinate workplace services including office supply management, meeting support, and equipment care
- Create customized client-facing materials while adhering to brand standards
- Submit and monitor janitorial and maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Assist with workplace events, meetings, and day-to-day office operations
- Escalate workplace issues, service concerns, and employee inquiries when appropriate
- Follow emergency and security procedures to help maintain a safe workplace environment
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting employees, guests, and vendors
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in mail services, office services, workplace experience, reception, hospitality, or administrative support
- Experience handling mail distribution, package processing, shipping, or print services
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve routine workplace issues independently
- Comfortable moving throughout the office and handling packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Corporate mailroom or print center experience
- Experience supporting workplace services within a professional office environment
- Vendor coordination experience
- Event or meeting support experience
- Experience creating branded presentations or client-facing materials
- Familiarity with workplace service request or ticketing systems
