Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 4 Months (Potential for extension)
Schedule: Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Description:
What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for all facility visitors; greet with a friendly demeanor
• Issue visitor and parking passes; follow security protocols; escort visitors as needed
• Answer telephone professionally to create a positive first impression
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; address issues with vendors or staff
• Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
• Provide team support including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care
• Create customized client materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety
• Recognize and solve typical/atypical problems independently within work area
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options
• Contribute to team impact through quality services and information provided
• Follow standardized procedures with moderate supervision and guidance
• Handle printing and mail work

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of job-related experience
• Understanding of work routines, standards, and application of skills across processes and systems
• Intermediate problem-solving skills; ability to select solutions without supervisory approval
• Clear and concise communication of detailed/complex information within the team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with a curious, proactive mindset
