Position Overview We are recruiting a full‑time Clinician to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Fredericksburg, VA. The Clinician will evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and ear‑shape abnormalities using DOC Band® and EarWell®. Responsibilities Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and ear‑shape abnormalities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using DOC Band® and EarWell®. Educate families and caregivers on treatment, device use, and care instructions. Maintain detailed patient records with minimal paperwork. Establish and maintain strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse. Prior pediatric experience. At least 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices. Background in pediatrics is required.
