- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex commercial litigation matters.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular case updates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- Continually stay updated with changes in the law and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (graduated between 2020-2024).
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation matters.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
