Position Summary

The Training & Quality Lead is responsible for training employees, developing procedures, and ensuring consistent product quality. This role requires strong communication in English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities

Train employees on processes and best practices
Develop work instructions and SOPs
Establish quality standards
Monitor production quality
Correct issues and implement improvements
Maintain documentation
Support continuous improvement

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
Manufacturing or quality experience
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented
Organized
