Position Overview Wingman Media is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage the agency's largest retail clients. The Account Supervisor's primary role is to oversee their clients' advertising strategy and manage the day-to-day tactical execution of their advertising campaigns. This role serves as the main point of contact between clients and the agency and reports directly to the Account Director. The Account Supervisor builds long-lasting client relationships and manages all ongoing creative, media, and digital projects, ensuring each one is executed on strategy, on time, and on budget. The role also supports new business efforts as needed. Essential Job Functions 1. Client Management and Cross-Functional Team Communications Provides leadership and ownership over accounts, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency Routes client requests to the right team, gathering the relevant details, briefing the team, and setting deadlines based on the client's expectations Builds and maintains positive client relationships, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations Represents the agency in all client communications, including scheduling and running client meetings with timely agendas to keep meetings focused. Maintains comprehensive status reports for all campaigns and projects Presents and sells new media and creative ideas, merchandises media value and agency efforts, and secures client approvals on all deliverables Drafts and sends contact reports after meetings to ensure alignment amongst all parties on next steps and responsibilities 2. Strategic Direction and Campaign Management Understands clients' businesses, industries, key competitors, products, promotions, and marketing funnels Stays current on media industry trends and best practices Develops and oversees strategic direction for clients, ensuring on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget execution Manages promotional flighting calendars and provides clear traffic instructions and budget guidance to the internal traffic and ad ops team Leads tactical execution of campaigns to meet strategic business goals Builds and maintains creative guidance documents for each sale or campaign period to ensure all needed assets are identified and developed on schedule Coordinates asset delivery and trafficking timelines with AAE across channels (programmatic, social, website, broadcast, email, and co-op or partner channels), ensuring lead times are met 3. Team Leadership and Internal Collaboration Leads and supervises AAEs and other team members, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve results Collaborates with media, creative, and analytics teams on all client initiatives Represents clients in all internal communications, ensuring requests are properly funneled through the agency, assigning tasks as needed, and following up on accuracy and completion Maintains internal status reports and timelines for all campaigns and projects Identifies and resolves issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle Proactively addresses challenges and finds creative solutions 6. Reporting and Optimizations Coordinates tracking setup and data integrations for all client reporting needs Analyzes campaign performance and makes data-driven recommendations for optimization Prepares and presents decks to report on campaign results, overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting in partnership with the media team Manages clients' budgets and agency revenue, including projections and actuals Proactively identifies new opportunities for growing client billings and revenue, leading efforts to sell and convert those opportunities Advises and secures client approval of budgets and reallocations, clearly communicating changes to internal media and creative teams Maintains the client-facing budget tracker, ensuring accuracy as new media is added and reconciling underspend or overspend into forward budgets in collaboration with the media team Approves production vendor costs and invoices, client estimate and invoice drafts, and follows up on statement balances and overdue invoices 8. Administrative Management Manages client onboarding, gathering necessary setup information for new clients Drafts Statements of Work, AOR Letters, Media Briefs (in collaboration with the media team), Media Insertion Orders, Change Orders, Production Estimates, and other administrative documents, securing client approval prior to execution #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingman Media, Inc.
