Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment - Level 5

Description This position is for a F-35 Sustainment Program Manager in support of the Annualized Sustainment Portfolio. The PM will be responsible for managing supply labor, managing key execution program management metrics, and maintaining the business rhythm for monthly supply inputs. The role includes management of critical CLINs and overseeing the earned value execution of the supply annualized sustainment portfolio. The selected PM will serve as the primary POC for the F-35 Joint Program Office in the execution of the aforementioned scope of work and will manage direct reports who support key program support functions and metrics. Responsibilities Manage supply labor resources. Track and report key execution program management metrics. Maintain the business rhythm for monthly supply inputs. Manage critical CLINs and earned value execution of the supply annualized sustainment portfolio. Act as the primary POC for the F-35 Joint Program Office. Lead and oversee direct reports supporting program functions and metrics. Basic Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Previous experience as a Program Manager. Defense contracting knowledge. Desired Skills Experience with F-35 Sustainment. Negotiation and proposal management experience. Demonstrated executive communication skills. Security Clearance Requires a government security clearance. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret. Work Schedule Schedule: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
