Beam Living is seeking an Occupancy Specialist for its New York City office to support the Affordable Housing program. You will qualify applicants, verify income/assets, and manage waiting lists under the direction of the Director of Affordable Housing. The role requires handling audits and cross-department projects while ensuring compliance with HUD, HPD and Section 8 guidelines.
