Customer Service Dispatcher - Part Time We are seeking a part time Customer Service Dispatcher to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting daily freight operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, a calm and professional communication style, and the drive to resolve issues quicklywhich will align successfully in the organization. Location: Irving, TX Pay Range: $18 Shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (part-time) What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders What's Needed? 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Bilingual in Spanish preferred What's in it for me?
