Independent Contractor Role
Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem

Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent . We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships .

Capital Growth Mentors are a critical tier of our ecosystem—providing high-touch, strategic guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across our network.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Growth Mentors to provide strategic, operational, and growth-oriented guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role . Mentors operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Growth Mentors:

• Advise on fund growth, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of scaling capital initiatives or leading strategic investment growth.

Approved Capital Growth Mentors may:

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

• Provide portfolio growth guidance, operational insights, and value creation strategies

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Mentors focus on high-level strategic guidance, capital growth, and relationship-driven deal activation . They do not handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless approved.

• Fund growth, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to drive capital growth and advise on real transactions .

• Independent contractor arrangement

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, depending on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-value contributions

1. Submit a Capital Growth Mentor application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin mentoring and advising funds, sponsors, analysts, and scouts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live capital opportunities .

Capital Growth Mentors do not :

• Provide investment advice to the public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support .

• Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund executives with a proven transaction record

• Experienced operators or founders with strong deal networks

• Senior advisors who can mentor and elevate analysts, scouts, and junior advisors

• Professionals seeking high-touch mentorship roles with capital growth exposure

• Direct access to fund managers, investors, and live deal flow

• Monetize expertise without traditional employment constraints

• Build reputation and credibility across a high-signal ecosystem

• Mentor and develop top-tier analysts and deal scouts

• A single platform for advisory, capital, and professional growth
