Title: Customer Service Representative – SAP Order Entry in Auburn Hills, MI Position Details: Title: Customer Service Representative – SAP Order Entry Position Type: 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location: Hybrid, Auburn Hills, MI . 4 days in office, 1 day remote Shift: 1st Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, PTO Compensation: $23.67/HR Responsibilities: Manage customer engagement and order processing from order entry through product delivery. Perform SAP transactions, including order entry, returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, deliveries/shipments, and invoicing. Build strong working relationships with commercial team partners to exceed customer expectations. Analyze customer ordering patterns to anticipate needs. Serve as a liaison for customers regarding administrative and technical matters, including EDI, Capture, and My DuPont. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Review daily reports, including open orders, returns, SAP blocks, and promise/failure reports, to proactively identify and resolve issues. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Take ownership of customer issues and drive timely resolutions. Investigate and resolve customer disputes by collaborating with customers, credit teams, and sales representatives. Make decisions regarding customer returns following quality complaints within assigned Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits. Communicate relevant customer information to the account manager, including forecasts, new projects, and organizational changes. Qualifications: Work location must be Auburn Hills, Michigan. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Experience with SAP R/3 or an equivalent system. Previous order entry experience. Previous customer service experience. Ability to work a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home. Schedule is subject to change based on company requirements.
