Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students within a K-12 environment near Springfield, OR. This in-person, full-time contractual role seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to work across multiple school buildings, primarily focused on high school and elementary populations. The students in this assignment are generally low-behavior, and the overall caseload is considered highly manageable. This placement will be for the 26/27 school year, filling a previously virtual role—strictly onsite work, with no virtual or hybrid options.

Ideal candidates will be confident supporting a diverse range of student needs, fostering communication growth and contributing positively to the school community. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.

Qualifications:

• Current, active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) eligible for practice in Oregon
• Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy and assessments for students across the elementary and high school spectrum
• Skilled in both individual and group therapy modalities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings as required
• Support a positive learning environment across multiple school buildings
