HR Systems Lead: UKG & Analytics

Culligan is seeking an HR Systems Specialist in Minnetonka, MN to act as the HR team's expert on UKG, reporting, and process improvement. You will optimize UKG configuration, dashboards, and data integrity while supporting payroll back-up and HR programs. In this role you will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to streamline processes, implement improvements, and enhance the employee experience.
