Production Associate (2nd Shift) - $22/hr - Nashville TN- 6 month contract

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay: $20.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential ($22.00/hr total)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Generalists supporting die cutting operations in Nashville. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or material handling experience who are looking for a stable second-shift position.

What You Will Do

· Support daily die cutting and production operations

· Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures

· Assist with material movement and production workflow

· Work closely with team members to meet production goals

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

· 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environment

· Ability to work in a team-oriented setting

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift

Requirements

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must be able to pass a drug screen

· Reliable attendance and transportation required

What We Offer
