Business Development Coordinator

Caring Touch Home Care Llc

Job Description

The Business Development Coordinator will support a dedicated business development, sales and marketing, and cross-functional growth team while reporting to the Operations Director. This role will help develop new customer accounts, strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and event-generated leads through prospecting, client engagement, pipeline coordination, and event participation.

Responsibilities

Generate leads across new customer accounts, strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and event-generated opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify prospects, trends, and growth opportunities.
Manage and maintain the business development pipeline.
Conduct client outreach and coordinate meetings with prospects and partners.
Support the preparation and coordination of proposals.
Maintain prospect and client information in the CRM platform.
Prepare sales reports and provide pipeline updates.
Support partnerships and coordinate occasional local events, quarterly industry events, and frequent client visits.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development.
Bilingual English and Spanish
