Information Technology Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking an IT Technical Support for a Contract opportunity with a client in Indianapolis, IN (onsite). Terms Rate Range: $25/hour to $30/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Title: IT Support tech Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations. Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes. Requirements Experience with Windows desktop support. Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices. Knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow and ITIL. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
