Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Cincinnati, OH

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive rheumatology demand generation in the Cincinnati and Louisville markets. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies to support patient access and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans informed by market and business data
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activities accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
• Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
• Residency within assigned Cincinnati, OH and Louisville/Covington, KY territory
• Strong clinical, product, and market access acumen
