Clinical Sales Manager- Cincinnati, OH

Clinical Sales Manager for da Vinci Surgical System in Cincinnati, reporting to the Clinical Sales Director. Responsible for managing regional sales team, driving system installations and utilization growth, and training Account Managers across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to achieve regional goals
• Expand system usage among existing accounts and recruit new surgeons across specialties
• Hire, train, and develop U.S. Account Managers within the region
• Guide new system installations and manage training processes within installed base
• Collaborate with training and marketing departments on strategy implementation

Requirements

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years clinical sales management experience
• In-depth knowledge of operating room environment and capital equipment sales process
• Previous experience managing and directing sales team in medical device industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati area and travel moderately to extensively
