Customer Service - Sales Representative
As an Customer Service - Sales Representative, you will work in a retail environment representing well-known brands and providing customers with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional support. You will help customers understand available products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and product support in a retail environment.
- Build positive customer relationships and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Represent our clients professionally while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with your team in a positive, goal-oriented environment.
