Resumen
Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Representante de Admisiones para integrarse al equipo de uno de nuestros clientes en la industria educativa. La persona seleccionada será responsable de orientar y dar seguimiento a prospectos durante el proceso de admisión, asegurando una experiencia de servicio de excelencia y el cumplimiento de las metas de reclutamiento establecidas. Responsabilidades Principales
- Orientar a prospectos y solicitantes sobre la oferta académica y procesos de admisión.
- Recibir, evaluar y procesar solicitudes de admisión.
- Verificar documentación académica y dar seguimiento a expedientes incompletos.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de prospectos y solicitantes.
- Dar seguimiento continuo a candidatos hasta completar el proceso de matrícula.
- Coordinar entrevistas, evaluaciones o pruebas de admisión según corresponda.
- Preparar informes y reportes relacionados con el proceso de admisiones.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos institucionales establecidos.
Requisitos
- Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente y procesos administrativos.
- Experiencia en promociones, orientación o atención al público.
- Dominio de MS Office (Word, Excel y Outlook).
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita en español.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y orientado(a) al cumplimiento de metas.
- Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y mantener información confidencial.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de organización.
Horario
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios rotativos lunes a sábado entre 8:00am a 9:00pm en horarios rotativos.
Salario
- $12.00 por hora
