Quality Manager

De Quality Manager ondersteunt de organisatie bij het verder professionaliseren van haar test- en kwaliteitswerking. De focus ligt op het evalueren van de huidige aanpak, het identificeren van verbeteropportuniteiten en het formuleren van een pragmatische visie op kwaliteitsborging, testgovernance en shift-left testing. Het profiel begeleidt assessments en workshops met stakeholders, adviseert over testlevels, kwaliteitsprocessen en testautomatisering, en vertaalt de bevindingen naar concrete aanbevelingen en een haalbare verbeterroadmap. Daarnaast coacht het profiel teams en ondersteunt het de verdere evolutie naar een Quality Engineering-aanpak binnen een Agile en DevOps-context. De organisatie wenst een multidisciplinair testteam in te zetten ter ondersteuning van zowel projecten als agile ontwikkelteams. Het team combineert expertise in testcoördinatie, functionele en technische testing, kwaliteitsmanagement, Quality Engineering en testautomatisering. Het team staat in voor de uitvoering en coördinatie van testactiviteiten, ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van een kwaliteitsgerichte en shift-left testaanpak en formuleert pragmatische aanbevelingen rond testprocessen, testlevels, governance en automatisering. Het team beschikt gezamenlijk over ervaring met functionele testing, integratie- en end-to-end testing, regressietesten, releasevalidatie, API-testing en CI/CD-testing. Daarnaast beschikt het team over aantoonbare kennis van Tricentis Tosca, Tosca-architectuur en best practices inzake enterprise testautomatisering. Het team werkt nauw samen met business, IT, leveranciers en de bestaande testorganisatie om de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van softwareleveringen verder te verhogen. Vaardigheden Aantoonbare ervaring met het uitvoeren van capability-, maturity- of kwaliteitsassessments Aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden van organisaties tijdens kwaliteits- of testtransformaties (5 jaar) Aantoonbare ervaring met coaching van QA-, test- of engineeringteams Aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van een Target Operating Model of doelarchitectuur voor een testorganisatie Aantoonbare ervaring binnen energie- of utilities Aantoonbare ervaring met definitie van teststrategieën, zowel functioneel als technisch (8 jaar) Aantoonbare ervaring met tools binnen kwaliteitsbeheer (bv.
