Quality Control Manager

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de voedingssector zoeken wij een Quality Control Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen een productieomgeving. De organisatie verwerkt verse grondstoffen tot voedingsproducten met een langere houdbaarheid en levert aan zowel retail, foodservice als industriële klanten. In deze functie combineer je operationele kwaliteitscontrole met teamcoaching en procesverbetering . Je speelt een sleutelrol in het garanderen van voedselveiligheid en productkwaliteit en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met productie, QA en andere interne stakeholders. Jouw rol Als Quality Control Manager zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsnormen en voedselveiligheidsvereisten correct worden toegepast in alle fasen van het productieproces. Je analyseert resultaten, stuurt bij waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Takenpakket Uitwerken en opvolgen van kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en controleprocedures in samenwerking met de QA-verantwoordelijke. Beoordelen en vrijgeven van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen bij ontvangst. Uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, productieprocessen en afgewerkte producten. Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata en rapporteren van trends of afwijkingen. Opvolgen van meet- en analyseapparatuur, inclusief kalibratie en correcte registratie. Waken over hygiëne-, reinigings- en pestcontroleprogramma’s binnen de productieomgeving. Opstellen en opvolgen van kwaliteitsrapportages en KPI’s. Beheren en actualiseren van het HACCP-systeem. Coördineren en begeleiden van een team van QC-medewerkers. Organiseren van interne opleidingen rond hygiëne, GMP en kwaliteitsprocedures. Opvolgen van leveranciersdocumentatie en analysecertificaten, evenals kwaliteitsvereisten bij nieuwe producten of processen. #J-18808-Ljbffr MERIT
