Jouw impact als QA Manager Als drijvende kracht achter het kwaliteitsbeleid sta je centraal in de organisatie. Niet vanop afstand, maar zichtbaar op de werkvloer, tussen productie, mensen en processen. De geur van kruiden, het ritme van de productie en de constante focus op voedselveiligheid maken elke werkdag dynamisch en uitdagend. Je neemt de leiding over het QA/QC-team en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, audits en externe partners. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met een hands‑on aanpak. Wat staat er op jouw bord? Aansturen en coachen van het QA/QC-team (2 medewerkers) Onderhouden en optimaliseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (IFS, HACCP, bedrijfsstandaarden) Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits Food safety-processen implementeren en opleidingen geven Klachten analyseren en corrigerende acties opvolgen Rapporteren aan directie en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen vertalen naar acties Nauw samenwerken met R&D om productkwaliteit te garanderen Een sterke communicator die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en mensen op een constructieve manier aanspreekt. Stressbestendig, flexibel en analytisch sterk. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook ambitieuze professionals die klaar zijn voor een volgende stap krijgen hier kansen. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een masterdiploma bio- of industrieel ingenieur, landbouw of dierengeneeskunde Kennis van HACCP en GFSI-standaarden is een must Interesse in IT en ERP/QM-systemen Een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels Organisatietalent en een passie voor kwaliteit Stressbestendig Ervaring met voedselinspecties, deze kunnen dagelijks onaangekondigd langskomen. #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergie Belgium
