Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Collaborating with clients to develop and achieve therapeutic goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor client progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and identify potential barriers to recovery.

• Educating clients on effective coping mechanisms and strategies that can enhance their ability to manage stress and emotional challenges.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans in our secure therapist dashboard in compliance with regulatory standards, allowing for a streamlined administrative process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients seeking assistance with substance use challenges, emotional regulation, and mental health recovery. We ensure that all clients are screened and stable adults with low acuity needs, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality care without the added stress of high-risk cases.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid LCSW license, allowing you to practice independently without supervision. Note that provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable for this position.

• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.
