Clinical Manager

Where you’ll be working: Location(s): Southfield, MI Setting: Center-based Population Served: 2-18 years old (average age under 10) Years in Operation: Founded in 2023 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Serve as the clinical lead within the center, taking on additional leadership, mentorship, and operational responsibilities beyond a traditional BCBA role while partnering closely with the Clinical Director. Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a caseload of clients across center-based and in-home settings Conduct ongoing assessments, complete reauthorization reports, and adjust treatment based on data analysis Deliver caregiver support and training (minimum 1 hour per month per client) Supervise, train, and support BTs/RBTs assigned to your caseload, including completing RBT competency assessments Complete all clinical documentation on the day of service, preferably within scheduled appointments Collaborate with Operations Manager on clinical performance, scheduling, and staffing concerns Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: about 6 clients Billable hour expectations:reduced billable hour expectation Support Structure: BCBAs report to a Clinical Manager at each clinic; Clinical Managers report to a Clinical Director; Clinical Directors report to the COO/CCO — fully BCBA-led reporting chain Dedicated Operations Manager at each clinic handles scheduling, budgets, and clinic operations Back office staff manage authorizations, credentialing, and billing — clinicians focus on clinical work Monthly staff engagement events (game nights, trivia, yoga) and quarterly staff parties organized by a dedicated Staff Engagement Director Structured RBT training program (3 weeks: 40-hour Hirasmus training + company-specific training + CMH Medicaid training + direct shadowing) Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary:$90,000-95,000K Bonus structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to caseload management within CASP supervision recommendations (10–20% range) Additional incentive programs for RBTs and BCBAs PTO: 10–14 days Health benefits: Dental, Life Insurance, Medical, Vision CEU support: ACE-approved provider Monthly internal CEUs provided to all staff External CEU requests (conferences, workshops) supported Partnerships with external CEU providers Supervision/mentorship provided: Clinical Manager and Clinical Director provide ongoing clinical support and consultation Supervision expectations are CASP-based, not billing-tied Schedule flexibility / remote options: Mostly in-person with remote days available Work-from-home requests accepted with at least 50% of monthly supervision completed in person Additional perks: Mileage reimbursement, company laptop, all materials provided for in-home and in-clinic clients Attendance gift cards, shout-out programs, and bonus systems Clear growth pathway: BCBA → Clinical Manager → Clinical Director, with additional opportunities in learning & training, clinical quality, and compliance as the organization expands If it’s listed here, it’s real.
