The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Kansas City, KS team.

This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth.
No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools needed to succeed.
What You’ll Earn
- Year 1: $70K–$80K
- Year 2: $90K–$100K
- Year 3: $110K+
- Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
- Close deals and manage your sales pipeline
- Build referrals and develop repeat business

What We Are Looking For
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
Bonus If You Have
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
