Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies. You will: Report directly to the Customer Support Manager. Maintain fleet in the field. Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory. Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines. Improve measurables (success to business targets). Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software. Qualifications: 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic. Appropriate electromechanical degree or training. Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics. Good command in English; second language knowledge is a bonus. High energy levels. Expected to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
