As our new HR Director, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents and their families. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel management Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, develop staffing plans, and manage scheduling Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address employee issues in a fair and timely manner Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement Develop and manage a budget for employee engagement and recognition About the Role: As a key member of the leadership team, the Human Resources Director will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and success.
