Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong experience in data preparation, data consolidation, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work with multiple data sources, transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights and developing impactful visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
Collect, cleanse, transform, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources
Build scalable and efficient data models to support business reporting needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable insights
Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Work with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms to manage and analyze large datasets
Create KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting solutions
Support ad hoc analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations
Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard standards

Required Skills

Power BI: Dashboard development, Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Data visualization best practices
Advanced SQL for complex data manipulation
Snowflake data warehouse experience
Strong data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation skills
Understanding of reporting frameworks, data governance, and BI methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Python, R, or other data science tools
Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts
Azure Data Services, Databricks, or modern data platforms
Experience with advanced analytics and self-service reporting solutions
