This position is ideal for an active or retired individual. Primary responsibilities are as follows: Support weekly facilities operations. parish special events. Monitor building, equipment, and grounds. Analyze and evaluate present and future facilities utilization. Maintain and update a file of independent contractors used for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, grounds and building maintenance. Maintain an inventory of maintenance and building supplies. Perform light maintenance tasks as needed and document the outcome. Effectively communicate and meet with Pastor and contractors as needed. Provide monthly summary and check list to the Facility and Grounds Committee. Requirements Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience preferred Important : Technical knowledge on building system required.
