, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care.

Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30 See an average of

16–18 patients/day

(1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups) 60% in-person / 40% telehealth

visits. ALL conducted in the office Join a Collaborative and supportive work environment Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $190K–$220K 401K

(4% match after the 1 st

year, with immediate vesting) Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays $2,000 CME allowance Ideal Candidate: 1+ year of independent post-grad clinical experience
