Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description

The role includes a variety of warehouse activities such as loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and put-away. Warehouse Operators must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and operate a stand-up forklift.

Responsibilities

• Have complete knowledge of company GDPs.

• Count all products and check for damage, infestation, and unique product identifiers (part number, batches, etc.).

• Report any shortages, overages, or damages on appropriate forms.

• Apply appropriate labels to products.

• Efficiently stack and store products to prevent damage.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area in accordance with company housekeeping policies and procedures.

• Responsible for Food Safety.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Jessup, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
