Scheduler

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Operations team!


As a Scheduler for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will interface with customers and installers directly to schedule the window and door installation. You will also be answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, maintaining the flow of correspondence between the installer and customer.


Responsibilities

• Scheduling - This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project.
• Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule measuring appointments.
• Assisting installation and production team with office tasks and customer service.
• Accurately and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in high volume customer service atmosphere
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Time management skills
• Computer proficiency-Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Objectivity, professionalism and maturity
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
• Accurate, efficient and proven data entry skills
