Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to offer comprehensive care by working collaboratively with both medical and mental health professionals. We specialize in treating patients who deal with various complex conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use disorders. This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to reach patients wherever they are. Standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as dictated by patient needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, deeply evaluating how medical conditions affect patients' mental wellness.

• Create, implement, and adapt integrated treatment plans that address both the psychiatric and medical needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that best fit the unique challenges faced by your patients.

• Collaborate regularly with medical professionals in order to ensure coordinated care, enhancing treatment outcomes for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation as per legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment reports.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state licensure as LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, LP, or LCMFT.

• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals coping with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Demonstrable experience in providing integrated care and forging collaborations with medical professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective therapy and collaboration.
